12 locations, over 700 NZ employers, with The Icehouse BIQ Barometer launch. Our brief was to provide coal-face commentary to challenge thinking about a glaring red flag issue facing so many businesses; ‘people and process*’.
It was evident that when it came to the importance of having exceptional talent there was a chasm between good intention, know-how and action.
